Make sure you are logged in
Please check you are logged in to the site - scroll to the top of this page, if the words 'log out' appear in the blue bar at the very top of the page between 'My Account' and the 'Search' box then you are logged in. If it says 'log in', please click on it and log in with the username and password you set up on registration.
Check that you are qualified and eligible for the donation you are requesting
If you are logged in, please check that your organisation has been qualified and that you are eligible for the partner you are trying to request donations from:
1) Go to 'My Account’ at the top of the page.
2) Click on the "Active org profile" tab
3) Scroll down to the "Organisation and Program Qualification Status" heading
Here you can see your "Organisation qualification", below are the common classifications and their meaning:
Your registration is complete and you should be able to place orders, however, you also need to be qualified for the partner you are requesting donations from, you can see the status of each partner in the list under the "Organisation and Program Qualification Status" heading.
This means your registration has not yet been processed. Typically we process registrations within 1-3 working days, if you have been waiting longer than this, please give us a call or email us.
