If you call us before 12:00pm on the date of your order, we can cancel it before it is processed, if you have ordered after 12:00pm then you will need to follow the process below.
Returns / Refunds
If your order has already been processed or fulfilled, typically our partners will not refund the order as stated in the product description for each catalogue item. However, in extenuating circumstances you may be granted a refund, please contact us to request it.
If you have already activated your software with the product key provided through our programme, then you will not be entitled to a refund.
